Acclaimed Actor Muse Watson Tapped To Co-Star In
‘Three Times A Lady’

Love blooms for boomers in this fun romantic comedy.  Some say life begins at forty.  For others, it takes a little longer!

Los Angeles, CA ~  Movie and television star Muse Watson will be temporarily putting away his .45 to play the romantic lead in Three Times A Lady, a romantic comedy.

Muse Watson is best known for his performances in the blockbuster films, Somersby, Something To Talk About, Assassins, Rosewood, I Know What You Did Last Summer, I Still Know, Austin Powers II, Songcatcher and his most notorious TV roles as “Mike Franks” in the award winning drama NCIS and “Charles Westmoreland” in the Emmy & Golden Globes nominated & People’s Choice Award – winner Prison Break.  Watson recently starred in A Christmas Snow directed by award – winner Tracy J Trost to be released October 8, 2010.

Watson will play Walter Justice, a wealthy semi- retiree who after years of concentrating on his career is now trying to re-establish a relationship with his grown son.  Through chance and circumstance he is accidentally introduced to twice widowed Rose Gardner whose comedic antics while trying “to find herself” take them on a hilarious adventure.  Despite being funny,  this movie will touch on serious subjects such as finding love later in life.

The script was penned by co-writers Darlene Lofgren and Barbara Kerr Condon, who will also produce.  Lofgren and Barbara Kerr Condon recently co-wrote Just Desserts. That led to them working together to write Three Times A Lady.

Darlene Lofgren has an extensive history as producer/director/writer/performer in television, as a publisher/editor/reporter for newspapers and has been nominated for an Academy Award with the San Francisco Chapter for producer, writer and editor of the documentary So You Want To Leave Home?.

Barbara Kerr Condon is a writer and executive producer of the Flickering Image award -winner, Doria and the recently released Just Desserts, soon to be on TV. She is also a noted television actress playing s diversity of roles on AMC’s Mad Men, HBO’s Big Love, NBC’s ER, CBS’s 7th Heaven and repeat appearances on The Tonight Show. Her film roles range from appearances in Universal’s Red Dragon and The Coen brothers’ Intolerable Cruelty, to supporting roles in films like Brooklyn Reptyle Films’ Boppin’ at the Glue Factory and Cineville’s Topanga.  Barbara has formed Three Times A Lady Productions, LLC specifically for producing Three Times A Lady.

Casting director Ricki Maslar, C.S.A. has joined the team and says, “At this point in time we are doing attachments for our star roles. When the production partnership entity is in place, we will release a breakdown and begin holding auditions.”

Ricki Maslar is a successful casting director and producer with over thirty years experience in the entertainment industry.

‘Hercules’ Star Kevin Sorbo Taps His Comedic Side
Joins Romantic Comedy ‘Three Times A Lady’

Los Angeles, CA ~ The Hercules: The Legendary Journey star is up for role in the romantic comedy Three Times A Lady. Actor Muse Watson is also tapped to star. The script was penned by co-writers Darlene Lofgren and Barbara Kerr Condon. Condon will also produce. Lofgren and Barbara Kerr Condon recently co-wrote Just Desserts.

We fell in thrall with Sorbo, first, in the phenomenally successful Hercules: The Legendary Journey. Then again as Captain Dylan Hunt in the hit series Gene Roddenberry’s Andromeda, making him an international star. His leap to the big screen came in another cult classic, Kull, The Conqueror. Sorbo has reinvented himself many times by taking on a multitude of different characters in feature films, Lifetime and Syfy movies and television appearances over the years.

Sorbo recently completed Julia X, a 3D psychological thriller due in theaters in November 2010, Soul Surfer, with Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt and Carrie Underwood. Surfer is based on the life of Bethany Hamilton, the teen surfer who lost her arm in a shark attack and is scheduled to be released Fall 2010. Sorbo traveled to Malta to shoot an Italian/American financed feature called, The Hit due for release in February, 2011. What If….with Kristy Swanson and John Ratzenberger, scheduled for August 2010. The King of Mykonos, an Australian comedy was released down under in May 2010 and debuted as the number one movie in that country.

In Three Times A Lady, Sorbo plays Rev. Shepherd, a sincere man of God, who is the voice of reason after hearing a series of colossal misconceptions about a member of his congregation. With comedic timing, great lines and heavenly observation, his mission is to restore the truth.

“I like that a new twist is taken on a standard romantic comedy making the focus of this movie more circumstances,” says Sorbo. “The humor in this film is universal. It gets you to laugh at the foibles of finding love later in life. I’m excited to be part of the cast!”

Matlock Star Nancy Stafford
In Talks to Join Cast of Three Times A Lady

Los Angeles, CA – Three Times A Lady Productions adds another big name to its already stellar cast for romantic comedy. Former Matlock star Nancy Stafford in talks to co star in Three Times A Lady. Stafford is poised to play Susan, a boutique owner whose employee Deb is the daughter of Rose. Turns out, Stafford, an actress revered and loved for her more dramatic roles, has a comedic streak. Stafford takes on the role of the town cougar, non offensive, endearing, and crackles with present day wit as she comes to the rescue throughout the movie.

The script was penned by co-writers Darlene Bridge Lofgren and Barbara Kerr Condon and will star Muse Watson and Kevin Sorbo. Condon will also produce.

Stafford is familiar to millions as Andy Griffith’s law partner, Michelle, on TV’s Matlock. She has starred in numerous TV movies and series, including three years on the NBC Emmy-winning St. Elsewhere, ABC’s Sidekicks, and the NBC daytime drama The Doctors. She’s guest-starred on numerous shows, including The Mentalist, Judging Amy, ER and Frasier, and TV movie starring roles include Moment of Truth: A Child Too Many and Deadly Invasion. She recently co-starred with Randy Travis in the feature film The Wager, and her latest film, Christmas With a Capital C, will be released Christmas 2010. Stafford is also the author of two books published by Random House/Multnomah: Beauty by the Book: Seeing Yourself as God Sees You, and The Wonder of His Love: A Journey into the Heart of God.
